How do you cope?

How do you cope when life offers too many challenges?
When the light at the end of the tunnel doesn't exist?
When everything you have done turns to dust and mildew?
When dreams become nightmares and you dare not sleep?
When passion becomes pain and love a bitter truth?
Do you dream of the time you will be reunited with the universe?
Do you count the benefits your passing will cause?
Do you long for peace and tranquillity and the lack of guilt and of being a burden?
Is there an answer?

Wow, who wrote that powerful poem?
How do you cope? The answer comes from within. It will be different for everybody. This author is experiencing life in its ups and downs as only he/she can know it. New brighter experiences are just around the corner. Tomorrow the sun will rise on a brand new day and the author will know joy again, especially in the small things.

Girls, you have me worried. Is everyone okay?

Suzanne, the black clouds are breaking up. :) Wendy's words are prophetic... the sun has risen on a new day and things are looking better.

I think Wendy gave a good answer.

There is no manual for that.
The best solution for me is available only once a year. It is the time when I spend two weeks together with my wife at the Baltic Sea coast. Separated from everything I feel like born again with a deep calmness in my mind.

Edi,
A holiday sounds like a good idea. A week away might be just the thing!
